Everything You Need to Know
Do I need my license before I can enroll?
+
No. We accept students at all stages—whether you’re just exploring the idea, currently studying for the exam, or recently licensed and need practical training. We’ll meet you where you are.
When will training dates be announced?
+
We’re finalizing our 2026 schedule now. Priority access registrants will be notified first—typically 4-6 weeks before the cohort begins. We aim to offer quarterly cohorts throughout the year.
Is this training specific to Solano County?
+
Yes. While the principles apply statewide, we focus heavily on Solano County markets—neighborhood trends, buyer demographics, military clientele, local programs, and pricing strategies that work here.
What’s the time commitment?
+
6 weeks, meeting twice per week (evenings or weekends depending on cohort). Each session is 3 hours. You’ll also have weekly assignments, reading, and role-play exercises—plan for 10-12 hours per week total.
What’s the cost?
+
Pricing will be announced with the official launch. Priority registrants will receive early-bird access and potential discounts. Payment plans will be available.
Will I be required to join Brown Brothers Realty?
+
No. You’re free to hang your license wherever you choose. Many graduates do join our brokerage, but there’s no obligation. We’re here to train you, not recruit you.
